Tom Escott, M.A.
Tom Escott is a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor and Certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator with over a decade of experience in integrative and regenerative medicine.
His interest in breathwork began in 2018 through practices including the Wim Hof Method, Rebirthing Breathwork, Vedic pranayama, and other breathing practices. He later trained as a Certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator under Brian Kelly of Breath Masters before becoming a Certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor. During challenging periods in his own life, these practices became powerful tools for improving resilience, emotional wellbeing, focus, and overall health.
Tom has also practised Transcendental Meditation® since the age of five, growing up with the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Combined with his healthcare background, this has shaped a practical, evidence-informed approach that bridges modern breath science with deeper practices of awareness and self-regulation.
Today, through Memento Breath Lab, Tom helps people improve breathing efficiency, regulate the nervous system, increase energy and focus, and cultivate lasting physical and mental wellbeing.
