Sessions run from one hour (functional breathing and nervous system instruction) to around two hours (transformational work). Daily practice between sessions can be 10–30 minutes, depending on the time you have available. These techniques are built to fit into daily life. Many clients use them while commuting, walking, or even sitting at their desk working. We understand people have busy lives, and the program adapts to that.

Why would I pay for instruction when there are free apps and YouTube videos?

Apps teach you a technique. Working with an instructor builds you a practice, shaped around your specific breathing patterns, nervous system state and goals. Not every technique is right for everyone. Some can even work against you without proper guidance. It's the difference between following a generic workout plan and working with a personal trainer who's assessed your body and adjusts as you progress.

How is breathwork different from meditation?

Meditation typically works with the mind, observing thoughts and cultivating awareness. Breathwork works directly with the body's physiology to shift your nervous system state. You can't directly control an anxious mind. You can control an anxious breath. With breathwork, the effects are often felt more immediately than with meditation alone. Many people notice a shift from stress towards calm within minutes, rather than weeks or months. The two complement each other well, and learning breathwork techniques can often deepen your meditation practice.
